Return& Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The terms of return shipping fees and customs duties shall be determined based on the order amount and product condition, as detailed below.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with intact tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For defective items, you are eligible for return upon submission of relevant supporting materials (as specified in the "Return Process" section).
Return Process
To initiate a return, you may contact us at service@panda-lane.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the designated return address, and the following procedures and fee rules shall apply:
- Supporting Materials Submission: Prior to shipping the return item, you must provide photos of the item (and its packaging) for condition assessment. For functionality issues, a short video demonstrating the problem is also required to facilitate efficient resolution.
- Fee Rules for Unopened Items:
- For orders with a total amount exceeding $50: You shall enjoy free return service, where return shipping fees and return-related customs duties will be covered by us. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with return instructions and the designated return address.
- For orders with a total amount less than $50: Return shipping fees and return-related customs duties shall be borne by you. Upon accepting your return, we will send you return instructions and the designated return address (no return shipping label will be provided).
- Unapproved Return Rejection: Items sent back without prior return request or failing to meet the eligibility criteria shall not be accepted or processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to enable us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable, and such ineligibility shall apply unless otherwise specified:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase: This exclusion shall remain in effect unless the item is proven to be defective upon delivery (in which case the "Damages and Issues" section shall apply).
- Items not returned within 30 days of delivery/receipt: Returns initiated or shipped beyond the 30-day window shall not be accepted, as they fall outside the scope of this return policy.
- Items returned without original packaging or in a non-"as-new" condition: This excludes defects that were present upon the item’s delivery; items damaged or altered by the customer post-receipt shall be deemed ineligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain the desired item is to return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted and verified, you may place a separate purchase order for the new item. Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility criteria stated in the "Eligibility for Return" section and fee rules outlined in the "Return Process" section.
Refunds
- We will notify you in writing once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
- If approved:
- For orders with a total amount exceeding $50: A full refund (encompassing the product amount, original shipping fees, and original customs duties) will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- For orders with a total amount less than $50: The refund will cover the product amount, original shipping fees, and original customs duties (excluding the return shipping fees and return-related customs duties borne by you). This refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that financial institutions (including banks and credit card companies) may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. We shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
